ReThinking Food
What will we eat in 2050? How will we prepare our food and where will the resources come from? And will there still be a supermarket by then?
During the FoodLab, organized by GLUON, teenagers think critically about their daily diet and the consumer society. Under the guidance of artist/food designer/futurologist Chloé Rutzerveld, they will search for alternative ways of making food and speculate about the supermarket of the future. The resulting prototypes will be exhibited at the Brussels Library Muntpunt.
This activity is in cooperation with Open MediaLab of Erasmushogeschool Brussel and is possible thanks to the Studiotopia initiative.
Target audience 14—22 years
