Why should art and science work together?

"Scientists and artists should work together because they have a lot more in common that we generally use to think. They both work out of their job’s strict schedules because their work requires the proper inspiration. An inspiration that can come any time despite of the current demands. Scientists would be able to understand artists more than other people because they also try to be creative and pioneering according to their field of research. Unfortunately only a part of the scientific community understands these unique similarities. I firmly believe that the collaboration of scientists with artists could have a great impact at people’s awareness on plenty of different topics while emerging the best part of both science and art."
